AirExec Group UK – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through AirExec Group UK (“we”, “us”, “our”), an online booking platform facilitating airport transfer reservations across the United Kingdom.
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Platform Role & Service Model
AirExec Group UK is an online booking platform facilitating airport transfer reservations across the United Kingdom.
All transport services are delivered through a network of independent, licensed, and insured service providers.
We provide the booking system, scheduling coordination, and customer support to facilitate smooth journey arrangements.
By using our platform, you acknowledge that all transport services are delivered by independent service providers operating under their own licenses and regulatory responsibilities.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received and a confirmation has been issued by AirExec Group UK.
No booking is assigned, dispatched, or guaranteed until payment is completed in full.
3. Payment Terms (Prepaid Model)
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
No booking will be confirmed, assigned, or dispatched until full payment is received and cleared.
No pay-on-arrival or credit services are available unless agreed under a separate written corporate account.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking where payment has not been completed.
4. Pricing
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Waiting time
- Parking fees
- Tolls
- Route changes
- Extra stops requested by the customer
5. Cancellation, Amendments & Refund Policy
This policy is designed to balance flexibility for corporate clients with operational fairness.
Cancellation Charges
- More than 14 days before travel: 20–25% cancellation fee
- 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee
- No-show (failure to appear or unreachable): 100% charge applies
Once a booking has been assigned or the journey has commenced, the service is deemed fully allocated and no refund will be issued.
Amendments & Rescheduling
- Amendments requested more than 48 hours before travel will be accommodated where possible without charge
- Amendments within 48 hours may incur additional costs depending on availability and operational impact
- All changes are subject to confirmation by AirExec Group UK or the assigned service provider
6. Airport Transfers & Flight Monitoring
Where flight details are provided, flight tracking may be used to assist scheduling.
Airport pickups include a grace waiting period of up to 60 minutes after landing.
After this period, waiting charges may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete flight information provided by the customer.
7. No-Show Policy
If passengers fail to appear at the pickup location within the allocated waiting time and cannot be contacted, the booking will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
8. Missed Flight Disclaimer
AirExec Group UK is not liable for missed flights, connections, or travel delays unless directly caused by proven negligence in booking coordination.
9. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully at all times.
Service providers reserve the right to refuse or terminate journeys in cases of unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behaviour. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
10. Vehicle Substitution
Service providers may substitute vehicles or drivers where required due to operational necessity while maintaining appropriate service standards.
11. Waiting Time
Non-airport pickups include a standard 15-minute grace period unless otherwise stated.
Additional waiting time is chargeable.
12. Luggage
Customers must declare all luggage at the time of booking.
AirExec Group UK is not responsible for loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings.
13. Insurance & Compliance
All partner service providers are required to maintain valid licensing, insurance, and compliance with UK transport regulations.
14. Data Protection (UK GDPR)
Customer data is used solely for booking fulfilment, service coordination, and customer support in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
15. Liability Limitation
AirExec Group UK acts solely as a booking platform.
We are not liable for the operational actions of independent service providers.
Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the booking.
We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses including but not limited to missed flights, loss of earnings, or travel disruptions.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Traffic congestion
- Extreme weather
- Strikes
- Airport disruptions
- Mechanical failure
17. Corporate Accounts
Corporate clients may be offered invoice-based credit accounts subject to written approval.
Payment terms, credit limits, and conditions will be agreed separately.
Failure to comply with agreed terms may result in suspension of services.
18. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
19. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, the customer confirms:
- Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
- Understanding of the prepaid booking model
- Acknowledgement that services are delivered by independent providers
